Insight ≥ Rebel Foods has a proven track record of upending tired category conventions and staying true to its mission. However, the leadership team felt that this challenger DNA had not percolated into the positioning of EatSure, their radical new food platform that gave customers full visibility of the ordering, making and delivery process.
Motherland worked with the Rebel Foods team to articulate an authentic, informative and inspiring position for EatSure – it wasn't just a question of ensuring food quality, it was about doing the Rebel thing and putting control back in the hands of people. Following the brand strategy phase, Motherland helped channel the company’s 'Rebel Spirit' into design, language, tone of voice and various digital and physical touchpoints. The result: a food platform with extreme functionality and a pro-customer point of view.
