Insight ≥ Swiggy Food Delivery Executives often operate in extreme traffic and climate conditions, and their gear (apparel, bags) is all that stands between them and the extremities of urban India. Rather than a purely cosmetic redesign, Motherland and Swiggy wanted to find an optimal balance between aesthetics and ergonomics so that executive apparel could enhance comfort and safety – while also giving this young, rapidly expanding workforce a sense of pride in their profession.
